Individual Sessions

$180 / session

Individual sessions are approx. 50-60 minutes, by secure video or phone.

Fees are due via e-transfer 24 hours before our session and will confirm your appointment time. After the session, you’ll receive a receipt which may be submitted for insurance reimbursement purposes.

Sliding Scale Sessions

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces, which are based on financial need.

My sliding scale fees are between $100 - $160.

Coverage

Most extended health plans cover psychotherapy services by a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). Please contact your provider prior to our first appointment to determine if you are eligible for coverage from a Registered Psychotherapist.
