My Approach

I offer therapy that centres anti-oppressive healing.

As a queer Trinidadian Canadian psychotherapist (they/she), I combine my training in psychology with my political values and lived experience. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ and POC (racialized) clients as well as those with multiple intersecting identities.

I draw primarily on Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), always through a systemic lens.
